On arrival into O’ahu we found our hotel, the Aqua Bamboo. It is on one of the main streets but is still only a few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach. A bit bigger than we thought it would be, but nothing in this area is small!! There are some characters here but all in all have chatted with some lovely people.

There is a nice pool with a great seating area around it, and a jacuzzi pool which is currently undergoing maintenance, so unfortunately not in use.

Across the road from the hotel there are some resident apartments and this little picture reminded us that Christmas is not too far away, although it is hard to compute this when it is 27 degrees outside!
