What a wonderful place. Everyone should come here at least once, rent a car and travel the country.

About New Zealand
One of our favourite places New Zealand, it’s a pleasure coming here. The scenery is stunning, everyone is friendly, the pies are great – what’s not to like.
You get this overwhelming feeling that not a lot goes on here, and that’s the way people here like it. To get a good feeling for the country you really must rent a car and travel around. The rounds are pretty empty and driving is great. We’ll definitely be back at some point, maybe see the west coast which we have never visited.
We have now done both North and South islands, if you want my recommendation come here for a month, fly in to Auckland, rent a car and drive it right down the country crossing from North to South islands.
Some stand out places we saw which we didn’t stay in but certainly would next time are Te Anau and Wanaka.
