Port Macquarie – Aliens and Monsters

We arrived in Port MacQuarie, the accommodation is  absolutely awesome, but there are monsters lurking.

These guys are around 2ft long, they don’t really scare easily, they lurk and scuttle! I think they are Australian Water Dragons, they are territorial and our patio seems to be their territory. We have counted 4 regulars so far. If you shoo them away they are back in minutes.

I have discovered if you run around camply waving a T-shirt at them they get unnerved and scuttle off for a while.
