Seriously impressive building. We couldn’t go up because they only issue a certain amount of tickets, but impressive nonetheless.
The whole area is known as KLCC (KL City Centre) and is super modern and expanding outwards. The Petronas Towers are clearly a statement of intent to make KL and important part of Asia. We spent a relaxing time watching the dancing fountains in the gardens behind the towers.
