A monstrously early flight from KL to Hanoi caused us to get a transfer to KL airport at 3AM. A few early beers and forgotten alarm set, this led to some 2:45AM panic.
A 3 hour hop to Hanoi and we are met at the Airport for transfer to our hotel – right in the centre of old town Hanoi. First thing we are aware of – it’s busy here – very busy. However we weren’t quite prepared for the madness to come.
After the early start it was a quick lunch then a nap.
