Goodbye KL after a brief but interesting visit, not sure we’d come back specifically to KL, but there’s more to see in Malaysia.
Absolutely fascinated by the history of this place, and so much of it so recent. If you’re in this neck of the woods it’s worth a trip, and makes an interesting city break. Any more than that you’d need to look at other parts of Malaysia. We would maybe have liked to go to Malacca. But the whole history of trade through the centuries is fascinating.
It would be really interesting to see this city in 10 years, or even 5 years time as I suspect it will be completely different with the old mercilessly giving way to the new.
