Saigon at night is a really nice City and takes on a whole new character.
Saigon is lit up at night, while very busy the city centre ‘Times Square’ is quite lovely. The classic french buildings contrasting with both modern construction and older buildings.
Lots of construction in the city including a new MRT system. Looks like a lot of the projects are run jointly with Japanese investment.
